About the AIATB x AIAS-USF Mentor-Mentee Program
The AIATB x AIAS-USF Mentor-Mentee Program is an ongoing initiative that brings together architecture students and emerging professionals with experienced architects to foster professional growth and build meaningful connections within the architectural community. Through this collaboration between the American Institute of Architects Tampa Bay Chapter (AIATB) and the American Institute of Architecture Students - USF Chapter (AIAS-USF), participants are paired based on shared goals, career aspirations, and industry interests.
This program provides mentees with valuable opportunities to receive guidance from seasoned professionals, while mentors get to share their knowledge, contribute to the future of architecture, and refine their own leadership skills. Together, they will explore topics such as navigating career pathways, preparing for licensure, and gaining practical insights into the architecture profession.
